Homesource 4U Ltd is a well established Home Appliances store and website which has been trading since 2011 and first went on-line in 2013. Homesource 4U Appliance Centre is based on Carlton Road Nottingham and primarily serves the East Midlands UK. We are engaged in e-commerce, conventional shop retail and business to business commerce in support of many large housing associations, local authorities, charities and residential developers. We supply, fit and service all types of domestic appliance, from the largest side-by-side fridge freezers down to the smallest kitchen hand mixer or smoothie maker. We are as happy to equip student bedsits as we are to support large restaurants, hotels and laundries. The charities we support often provide our appliances at reduced prices or free to vulnerable and needy members of our community.

Our offices, home appliance showroom and workshops are located close to Nottingham city centre and from here we can comfortably deliver appliances and services throughout the entire East Midlands and beyond. We can post Smaller items (from kettles and toasters up to vacs and hobs) to anywhere in the UK. We do not charge a flat rate for delivery but scale it down the closer you are to us : our delivery charges reflect the distance you need us to travel as well as the size of the item. Delivery costs are discounted for multiple items, so our delivery charges are low, especially if you are close to Nottingham. (Post codes we deliver to personally are listed HERE)
Larger items can also be sent by courier if you are willing to meet the couriers price (we are not tied to a courier so feel free to make your own arrangements if you want to). Or you can collect your goods yourself direct from our shop, just call ahead to make sure its ready for you on 0115 8372373. We are free agents, not tied to any one supplier but free to source the best deals for you wherever we can find them. Beware companies that boast they are “authorised dealers” because it implies they have vested interests in promoting certain brands!
The wholesale appliance market is surprisingly volatile with prices changing regularly and new models appearing or disappearing so we do our best to take some of the pain of choosing the right model off of your shoulders by always staying on top of the trends and savvy to the best deals and insider news. It’s in our own interests to always supply you with the best money can buy.

What you see is what you Pay
All of our prices are quoted fully inclusive of VAT, there is no extra to pay. If you are a business customer of course the VAT can be removed.
Paying in instalments
We recommend using your local Credit Union if you need to raise finance (eg. Nottingham Credit Union on Maid Marian Way). Please steer clear of loan sharks like Brighthouse.
If you approach a lender claiming to be a credit union check their credentials. Credit Unions are not-for-profit community initiatives but sadly there are brokers who illegally describe themselves as credit unions.

Domestic appliances that are improperly disposed of have a major impact upon our natural (and urban) environment. Refrigeration appliances pose the most well-known hazards and are regulated by legislation determining their safe contents and disposal, but all appliances contain potentially toxic metals and chemicals as well as valuable ones that are becoming too precious to waste. So ALL of the appliances we collect for disposal are processed in the most responsible way possible. In fact we endeavour to see that almost nothing is ever simply consigned as “waste”, instead they are stripped down and almost fully recycled (unless they can be refurbished and made even better use of). We are signed up members and fully compliant with WEEE, the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Recycling standards and regulations.
Peace of Mind and Product Guarantees
The Manufacturer’s Guarantees cover new appliances for a minimum period of 12 months and usually longer (check the product descriptions for precise details). Remember to register with the manufacturer within a month of delivery to qualify for this valuable cover. But in addition to this, if there is any problem or shortcoming of your appliance you are not happy with contact us straight away and we will do our utmost to find you a happy solution, but please do this as soon as possible after the appliance arrives or is fitted, serviced or repaired by one of our teams. More generally, for any actual faults that develop later than a week you can still expect at least 3 months cover from ourselves even if your appliance was a refurbished one and in many cases we provide six, depending on the nature and cause of the fault. We will never knowingly supply you with an appliance that will not provide you with years of service and it is not in our interest to do so.
When customers have experienced an issue with an appliance, for whatever reason and whether they bought it new or pre-used, if it is a fault that cannot be rectified straight away (for example because a spare part has to be found), we have often lent a temporary appliance to our customers so that at least they and their family are not left in the lurch in the meantime.
